WHAT IS THERAPY, & HOW DOES IT LOOK?

Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to explore, understand, and address emotional or psychological issues. It works by providing a safe and supportive environment for self-exploration and personal growth. Where you learn techniques to manage your life stressors and regulate your emotions.

HOW LONG IS AN THERAPY SESSION?

Each session is 50 mins long.  

WHAT IS INNER CHILD HEALING?

Inner child healing is a therapeutic process aimed at addressing and healing emotional wounds and unresolved issues from childhood. It involves reconnecting with and nurturing the inner child aspect of yourselves.

WHAT IF I AM UNCOMFORTABLE TALKING ABOUT CERTAIN ISSUES? 

I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment for my clients. It's important to me that we build a strong connection, and I'll work with you to establish trust and open communication. Whatever issues you may be facing, know that you're not alone. Together, we'll navigate through any discomfort and find a path towards healing and growth.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST THERAPY SESSION?

During your first therapy session, we will start by discussing your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from our time together. This initial session is also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish a therapeutic relationship.
